Meet Janet and Sheri

We understand our responsibility to provide our clients with unmitigated support and care, which is evident in everything we do, from our first meeting with prospective buyers and sellers, to searching for properties or discussing the value of your home, prepping for the sale, recommending what should and shouldn’t be done and vendors to do any needed work, explaining the escrow process, and keeping you informed all the way through to closing. And we don’t disappear after the sale - we want to make sure you’re happy. 

Having lived in and sold real estate throughout the Conejo Valley for the past 30 years, we are experts in the area. We’ve both raised our children here and have watched the neighborhoods grow. Work ethic and reputation are keys to our success. 

Collaborating with a strong team is paramount with regard to lenders, escrow companies and title reps. We know that when you work alongside experienced, knowledgeable people, problems that arise can be resolved with much more skill and efficiency.

We are also very passionate about saving shelter dogs and have created a non-profit organization called Saving Jay, named after one of our first rescues.
